07/12/08 At the final Feathered Blade event of 2008, Matthew Oliver was confirmed as winner of the Norman Lilly Trophy and Peter Quittenton as winner of the Three Mile Trophy for the fastest times of the year over the 6 and 3 mile courses respectively. Full results for Mini Marathon 6.

28/09/08 Top honours in Under 10 Lightning class at Hasler Final
Congratulations to Peter Quittenton and Sam Bullivant who were 1st and 2nd in the U10 boys K1 Lightning (and were faster than all the Under 12s yet again). See Gallery for photos.

25/08/08 Clean sweep by Lincoln Lightning paddlers at Marathon National Championships.
Congratulations to Peter Quittenton and Sam Bullivant who were 1st and 2nd in the U10 boys K1 Lightning and then teamed up to take 1st place in the U10 Hody mini K2 event.

14/07/08 Despite a good turnout of 13 paddlers to the last marathon of the Hasler season on the River Soar, an unprecedented number of capsizes and the fact that our 3 excellent Lightning results did not count left us low on points and Lincoln slipped to 5th place in the Midlands Regional Hasler Club League. 04/07/08 Thanks to Sarah and Steve B. who raced in Shropshire, Lincoln hang on to joint third place in the Midlands Regional Hasler Club League

15/06/08 Another good turnout and 4th placed Club at Burton puts Lincoln in joint 3rd place, only 1 point behind Worcester in the Midlands Regional Hasler Club League

5/05/08 Yet more Club boats for you. Today we took delivery of 4 Pyranha Master TG Lite kayaks, complete with spraydecks, junior paddles and buoyancy aids.

27/04/08 After a large turnout of 16 paddlers at Anker Valley, where Lincoln was the top Club again, and a great performance by a small team at Worcester (all in the top 3), Lincoln is in joint 3rd place in the Midlands Regional Hasler Club League.

30/03/08 Lincoln Marathon Results. Lincoln move up to 2nd place in the Midlands Regional Hasler Club League after winning the home event.
